Restaurant will replace closed Highland Village unit, with employees transferring to new restaurant
P.F. Chang’s Galleria Park location in Houston, Texas has opened. The new, 6,507 square-foot restaurant will seat 342 guests, including all indoor and outdoor seating. The newly-unveiled location replaces the restaurant’s former Highland Village restaurant, which closed after 25 years.
Plus, the displaced Highland Village staff were transferred to the new Galleria Park P.F. Chang’s.
A large, golden bar will greet guests in the entryway, while P.F. Chang’s signature iconic murals decorate the restaurant in several areas. A painting of warrior girls holding swords with Houston and Texas drawn in brings a cross-cultural welcome to area locals.
The Galleria Park P.F. Chang’s restaurant is located at 5251 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77056. The menu offers P.F. Chang’s guest favorites, like made-from-scratch dishes, including Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef and Chang’s Lettuce Wraps. The restaurant will also offer rotating, seasonal dishes as they become available.
“P.F. Chang’s provides a destination for guests to host events and celebrations, from holidays to birthdays to evenings with friends and family, and we are excited for this new location to bring our immersive Asian dining experience to even more people,” said Damola Adamolekun, chief executive of P.F. Chang’s. “We look forward to providing moments and meals our Houston guests are sure to remember.”
What’s more, P.F. Chang’s launched a remodel program that will refresh its units nationwide. The refresh initiative will create a more upscale ambiance in these new units. And new music, lighting, décor, uniforms and menu presentation. The Galleria Park unit is part of this program.
Moreover, the polished, casual-dining chain will continue to open its smaller concept stores. P.F. Chang’s To Go locations will debut in Colorado, Florida, Texas, New York, Louisiana, Nevada, and Arizona.
