Tory Bartlett named chief brand officer of Moe’s Southwest Grill

Executive previously served in same role at Schlotzsky’s, another Focus Brands chain

Focus Brands named Tory Bartlett chief brand officer of Moe’s Southwest Grill. The parent of Moe’s Southwest Grill franchises several restaurant brands, including Cinnabon, McAlister’s Deli and Schlotzsky’s.

Most recently, Bartlett served as chief brand officer of Schlotzsky’s. There, he launched two new store prototypes while streamlining the menu. The latter increased the efficiency of operations and the kitchen.

Furthermore, Bartlett helped sign a record number of franchise agreements in 2021. Consequently, the Schlotzsky’s development pipeline increased by 124 restaurants.

Prior to Focus Brands, he served in leadership positions at Tin Lizzy’s and Hooters. Bartlett has three decades of restaurant industry experience.


Based in Atlanta, Focus Brands also franchises the Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, and McAlister’s Deli brands.
