Four team members rise through the ranks at CMR

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) promoted Wendy Middleton to senior director of training and Mike Davis to regional director of special brands. In addition, the multi-concept restaurant group, promoted Emily Burt to senior manager of safety and risk management and Aaron Wesley to regional director of Ocean Prime’s East Coast region.

These executives continue to support the restaurant company’s growth and operations. Privately-held CMR comprises a portfolio of 40 restaurants across 18 concepts.

As senior director of training, Middleton will oversee the training department. Consequently, Davis will move into Middleton’s former position. He was previously general manager of Cap City Dublin.

Burt joins the CMR training department in her new role as safety and risk management. She will head training with a focus on ServSafe. The operations team will benefit from Wesley’s proven talents in his previous position of general manager of Ocean Prime’s New York location as newly-appointed regional director of Ocean Prime’s East Coast region.
