Red Robin features Smokehouse Brisket Burger, Smothered BBQ Brisket Chips

Latest promotions part of burger chain’s Whiskey River Backyard BBQ Menu

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews began featuring Smokehouse Brisket Burger and Smothered BBQ Brisket Chips as part of its new Whiskey River Backyard BBQ Menu. The promotion has started well ahead of barbecue season and features the burger chain’s Whiskey River BBQ sauce.

The Red Robin Smokehouse Brisket Burger headlines the Whiskey River Backyard BBQ Menu. The fire-grilled beef burger comes topped with Whiskey River BBQ Sauce, chopped smoked brisket, black-peppered bacon, Provolone cheese, roasted jalapeños, dill pickle planks, onion straws and chipotle aioli. The burger comes on a toasted brioche bun, served with Red Robin’s Bottomless Steak Fries.

A stack of Yukon Chips, topped with beer cheese sauce, chopped smoked brisket, hardwood-smoked bacon, diced red onions, dill pickles, and drizzled with Whiskey River BBQ Sauce, creates the Smothered BBQ Brisket Chips.

A Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Milkshake, another promoted product, features creamy vanilla soft serve blended with pineapple juice and cake flavor. The frosty beverage comes topped with whipped cream, pineapple, caramel sauce and a maraschino cherry.

Beyond the Red Robin Smokehouse Brisket Burger and Smothered BBQ Brisket Chips, the casual-dining chain also added new dessert and drink items:

  • Freckled Lemonade Cake – a lemon cake layered with white chocolate-flecked lemon mousse and topped with lemon curd and strawberry puree
  • Limited-time Sunset Lemonade – a combination of Minute Maid Lemonade, citrus juice, pineapple juice, and an essence of desert pear, which will be available for a limited time
  • Limited-time Tequila Sunset – a beverage made with Espolòn Reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, pineapple juice and all-natural margarita mix with an essence of desert pear. The beverage is served with an orange wedge
