Peanut butter flavors featured during month of April
The Counter Custom Burgers added a PB&J Burger and Ultimate PB&J Shake, putting peanut butter at the top of its spring menu. The two additions introduce a combination of creamy, salty and sweet, the burger chain noted in a statement.
The Counter PB&J Burger starts with all-natural angus beef, which is then topped with American cheese, mixed greens, secret peanut butter sauce, jelly ketchup, and fried onion strings. The burger comes on a multigrain bun, served with a side of secret peanut butter sauce and jelly ketchup.
The Ultimate PB&J Shake includes peanut butter shake, prepared with vanilla bean ice cream. Restaurants then garnish it with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, grape jelly drizzle, and whipped cream. Two (2) mini PB&J sandwiches top off the creation.
The Counter joined the Kahala Brands family of franchises in 2017.
“We are excited to introduce the new PB&J Burger and the Ultimate PB&J Shake for a limited time,” said Lindsay Seli, Kahala Brands director of marketing. “Our guests will get to experience a childhood favorite in a completely new way. Our secret peanut butter sauce and jelly ketchup are the perfect duo to enhance the juiciness of our all-natural angus beef.”
The two limited-time offerings will be available until April 30.
