Grilled Lobster, Shrimp + Salmon, Steak + Lobster, Red Argentinian Shrimp Skewers, Live Maine Lobsters part of Seafood Summerfest
Red Lobster launched Seafood Summerfest, introducing BBQ Bacon Grilled Shrimp and featuring four additional dishes. Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon; Steak & Lobster; Red Argentinian Shrimp Skewers; and Live Maine Lobster round out the Seafood Summerfest menu.
For $18.99, the three-course BBQ Bacon Grilled Shrimp, comes with a soup or salad and individual starter plate.
Featured on the Seafood Summerfest menu are the following:
- Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon – starts with a tender Maine lobster tail, grilled jumbo shrimp skewer, and fresh Atlantic salmon finished with a brown butter sauce. The dish comes with a choice of two sides.
- Steak & Lobster – includes a wishbone Maine lobster tail and a New York strip grilled with Red Lobster’s signature seasoning. The dish comes with a choice of two sides.
- Red Argentinian Shrimp Skewers – features skewered Red Argentinian shrimp, fire-grilled and served over orzo rice, served with a choice of two sides.
- Live Maine Lobster – 1¼ lb., wild-caught, from the Atlantic, and available steamed or stuffed. The entree is served with a choice of two sides.
Red Lobster serves all dishes with its popular Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
In addition, the casual-dining chain added Summer Sangarita, a summer-inspired cocktail to the menu. Plus, guests can try the new Sea Sun California Chardonnay and Sea Sun California Pinot Noir wines.
