TGI Fridays rolls out fajita-inspired FRIjitas in three global flavors

Tandoori Chicken Skewers, Dynamite Shrimp, and Whiskey-Glaze Blaze Tex Mex FRIjitas added to menu for a limited time

TGI Fridays rolled out FRIjitas, a revamped version of Fajitas. The menu drop brings a globally-inspired, reimagined fajitas-like dish to the casual-dining chain. Three FRIjitas—Tandoori Chicken Skewers, Dynamite Shrimp and Whiskey-Glaze Blaze Tex Mex—will be featured for a limited time.

Tandoori Chicken Skewers FRIjitas feature tender chicken skewers marinated in a curry butter sauce, served sizzling with a savory tomato cucumber relish and mini flatbreads. Also, the Dynamite Shrimp FRIjitas arrive on the menu. Twelve (12) fried shrimp come coated with a spicy dynamite sauce served steaming with bell peppers, onions, and flour tortillas.

Whiskey-Glaze Blaze Tex Mex FRIjitas feature grilled sirloin, chicken, or a combination of both, drizzled with the brand’s new sweet and spicy Whiskey-Glaze Blaze, served over bell peppers and onions, and topped with parsley and sesame Jack seasoning and flour tortillas. Another option is the Whiskey-Glaze Tex Mex FRIjitas, prepared with original Whiskey-Glaze sauce.

What’s more, for a limited time, guests can get a free order of chips and queso when they purchase any FRIjitas meal. This special offer will be valid through July 25, 2022, according to a TGI Fridays announcement.
