New side dish offers customers non-fried vegetable serving
The Habit Burger Grill added Roasted Garlic Cauliflower to its menu. The side dish is a limited-time menu addition.
With the goal of making the Roasted Garlic Cauliflower flavorful, the fast-casual burger chain tops it with sweet roasted garlic aioli and serves it with a lemon slice. Consumers will appreciate the tangy and light flavor, suggested Habit Burger in an announcement. In addition, the nutty flavor of roasted cauliflower pairs well with the aioli’s “rich garlic flavor,” it said.
The new side dish emerges as an ideal non-fried way to intake a serving of vegetable with a Habit Burger meal.
“Every great meal has delicious side dishes to go along with it, and that’s just what the Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is,” said Adam Baird, VP of food and beverage at The Habit Burger Grill. “These warm, caramelized cauliflower bites, drizzled in zesty aioli, make the perfect compliment to any Charburger.”
Fast-casual The Habit Burger offers a diverse menu that starts with the Charburger. Served on a toasted bun, the menu item starts with a 100% ground beef patty, chargrilled over an open flame. The Habit Burger restaurants then top it with cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, fresh tomato slices, lettuce, and mayo. Marinated chicken, sushi-grade Ahi tuna and Tenderloin steak are also on the menu.
