Co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express store debuts in Paris

200th Fatburger location first of 40 stores in France over next five years

Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express debuted in Paris, according to an announcement by Fat Brands, the parent of the restaurant chains. The new location marks the first of 40 locations in France slated to open over the next five years. The opening also marks the 200th location of Fatburger.

The Paris Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express will open at 200 Avenue de la Division Leclerc.

The first Fatburger opened in Los Angeles 70 years ago. Customization is at the heart of the concept, so at Fatburger, burgers can be customized with everything from bacon and eggs to chili and onion rings. Sides include Fat and Skinny Fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. The franchise concept also serves turkey burgers, hand-breaded crispy chicken sandwiches and milkshakes.

Buffalo’s Express has complemented the Fatburger brand with a menu of bone-in and boneless chicken wings, paired with a range of original sauces. Buffalo’s Express’ wings come with celery, carrots, and blue cheese, ranch or honey mustard dressing.

“With Paris being a city rich in culture, we see locals and tourists appreciating an authentic, American brand like Fatburger that has stayed true to its roots for 70 years,” said Andy Wiederhorn, chief executive of Fat Brands. “This opening is also a key milestone for Fatburger. Since acquiring the brand in 2003, we have grown Fatburger from 40 locations, primarily in California, to an award-winning, international burger concept with 200 locations across 15 states and 14 countries.”
