Featured menu includes wild-caught crab tostadas, enchiladas, dip
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina debuted a Crab Fiesta Menu, including wild-caught crab tostadas, enchiladas and Mexican dip.
Plus, the Mexican-style chain added the Gran Papi meal and Skinny Margarita with Teremana Blanco Tequila.
Crab Fiesta Menu
Crab Tostadas feature double-stacked tostadas, layered with fresh guacamole, wild-caught crab, topped with toasted corn, pico de gallo, creamy red chile sauce, pickled red onions. and queso fresco. On The Border also began offering Stuffed Crab Enchiladas—hand-rolled enchiladas stuffed with wild-caught crab, melted Jack cheese, topped with sour cream sauce and pico de gallo. The enchiladas come with Mexican rice and black beans.
The new Mexican Crab Dip combines wild-caught crab, mixed with cheese and creamy red chile, and topped with spicy avocado ranch and pickled red onions. The dip is served with seasoned flour tortilla crisps.
“Our guests already love the seafood selection we have, like the Honey-Chipotle Shrimp Tacos, Dos XX Fish Tacos and Shrimp Fajitas, so the wild-caught crab takes our Bold Tex-Mex seafood menu to the next level,” says Edithann Ramey, chief marketing officer at On The Border.
Fiesta add-ons, Gran Papi, Skinny Manarita
As part of the On The Border Crab Fiesta, guests can add wild-caught crab to any entrée for $3.99. The fiesta menu selections start at $9.99, announced the Dallas-based casual concept.
In addition to the featured crab items, the casual-dining chain will also promote the Gran Papi meal with 5 food favorites and a side of rice and beans. What’s more, the bar will be serving up a newly-released Skinny Manarita using Teremana Blanco Tequila.
The On The Border Crab Fiesta promotion and menu items will run through June 2023.
