Subway moves HQ in Miami, Connecticut amid possible sale

Miami offices will move to Waterford Business District

Subway moved its headquarters to the Waterford Business District in Miami. The new global dual-QH is located at 100 Sub Way, a road which Miami-Dade County dedicated for the company. Executives find themselves in the midst of a journey of transformation, according to a statement.

In February, Subway revealed it was exploiting a sale of the company in conjunction with its largest shareholder. It retained J.P. Morgan to advise the company amid a potential transaction. Executives have been mostly silent during the process, and Subway.
