Miami offices will move to Waterford Business District
Subway moved its headquarters to the Waterford Business District in Miami. The new global dual-QH is located at 100 Sub Way, a road which Miami-Dade County dedicated for the company. Executives find themselves in the midst of a journey of transformation, according to a statement.
The sandwich QSR chain says it is improving all facets of the business, which includes its workspaces. As a first-ever, the Subway Innovation Center and Mock Restaurant has been created as part of the HQ build-out.
The new HQ offers an open layout. In addition, multiple collaborative spaces, a premier fitness center and a spacious cafeteria form part of the space.

In Connecticut, Subway still holds a strong presence. The company will transition to a new space in Shelton, Conn. from the Milford location in the state.
All functions of the company’s existing Milford-based team will transition to the Shelton space later this year.
In February, Subway revealed it was exploiting a sale of the company in conjunction with its largest shareholder. It retained J.P. Morgan to advise the company amid a potential transaction. Executives have been mostly silent during the process, and Subway.
According to Reuters, Goldman Sach’s asset management division, as well as Bain Capital, TPG and TDR Capital are also contenders.
In 2022, Subway had achieved eight consecutive quarters of positive same-store sales growth.
