Dunkin’ Breakfast Tacos arrive at stores nationwide

Menu innovation continues at Metro-Boston-based QSR with spring-forward ingredients for morning

Dunkin’ began serving its Breakfast Tacos to boost the morning daypart. Store staff start with a warm flour tortilla, adding scrambled eggs, melted sharp white cheddar cheese. The tacos are topped off with fire-roasted corn, and finished with just a drizzle of tangy lime crema.

Culinary executives consider the fire-roasted corn the centerpiece of the new Dunkin’ menu item. They were also looking for spring-forward ingredients. What’s more, guests can order the tacos with crispy crumbled bacon topping, if desired. And for convenience, the breakfast tacos come in a dedicated taco holder.

“Our culinary team has expertly crafted these Breakfast Tacos with the vibrancy of Spring in mind, delivering a taste sensation that can be enjoyed any time of the day—not just for breakfast,” said Jill McVicar Nelson, CMO at Dunkin’.

The team at Dunkin’ designed the tacos with the need of customers taking their breakfast in on-the-go fashion in mind.

She continued, “These tacos are undoubtedly one of the tastiest savory items we’ve launched at Dunkin’. We’re thrilled for guests to try them and discover their new favorite meal to fuel their day, whether they’re looking for a delicious breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack.”
