Erbert & Gerbert’s rolls out trio of cheesesteak sandwiches

Cali, Goliath, Northern sandwiches added to menu for limited time

Sandwich-shop chain Erbert & Gerbert’s launched a line of cheesesteak sandwiches May 8. The brand, established 34 years ago, is known for its line of sandwiches and soups known as Bold Between the Breads.

The culinary team sought to return hot and hearty options to customers. This follows the successful release of Meatzilla and Deluxe last year. Calis, Goliath and Northern are the cheesesteak sandwiches launching.

The Northern is a differentiated take on a cheesesteak, combined with peppers and onions and topped with melted cheese and mayo.

The Cali, with its cheesesteak base, combines peppers and onions, with provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.


The Goliath, designed for meat lovers, elevates the cheesesteak with a mix of peppers and onions, topped with bacon, melted cheese, provolone, and mayo.

The recently-released Erbert & Gerbert’s cheesesteaks are available on the menu for a limited time at all Erbert & Gerbert’s stores, except non-traditional locations.
