Kathy E. Hollinger, RAMW president, CEO

Kathy E. Hollinger is the president and CEO of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW). RAMW is a trade organization that was founded in 1920 as the Washington Restaurant Association and advocates for restaurants in the Greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Hollinger previously ran her own boutique communications agency for five years after holding the position of Agency Director and Film Commissioner for the D.C.  Government under Mayor Adrian Fenty. She is an inspiring figure in the D.C. business scene and has received a “Women Who Mean Business” award from the Washington Business Journal.

According to the RAMW website, the vision and mission of RAMW is “proud to be the voice of the metropolitan Washington food service industry and establishments of hospitality ranging from casual eateries to internationally acclaimed fine dining restaurants…The Association works to promote and sustain the growth and development of the industry while providing its members legislative and regulatory representation, marketing and small business support, programming and events. RAMW serves its members with professionalism and integrity, and provide them the training, education and support they need to grow a successful business.”
