Another Broken Egg Cafe, a breakfast-and-brunch concept, will host its grand opening in Westlake Ohio April 5. The growing casual-dining chain, which offers a full-service bar in a departure from most in the daytime-only sub-segment, partnered with franchisee Morning Chef, LLC for the new unit.
Another Broken Egg Cafe announced it is readying another location in Bossier City, Louisiana. The opening on Airline Drive February 8 will mark additional expansion of the daytime, breakfast, brunch and lunch concept. The casual-dining chain is also known for its full-service bar, featuring contemporary cocktails.

Over the winter and spring, Another Broken Egg Cafe will open seven new restaurants. Its development group has plans for 300 cafes by 2025. Recently, Another Broken Egg announced “in-filling” in existing markets, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas.
